Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2026

All purchases of products and services from AKDESHA LLC (dba The Aslah Method) are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full, without exception.

This policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:

• The Aslah Method 12-week group cohort ($5,000)
• Private 1:1 mentorship with Amrin Khan ($10,000)
• Discovery & Clarity Session strategy calls ($199)
• Self-paced digital courses (Self-Awareness & Taqwa, Heal Emotionally · Reconnect with Allah, and similar)
• Any future course, event, masterclass, or coaching package

Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to proprietary resources — including video trainings, audio practices, downloadable workbooks, reflection prompts, and where applicable direct time with Coach Amrin. Because of the nature of digital and live transformational work, and our commitment to protecting the integrity of this work, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• A change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts or missed sessions
• Financial hardship after purchase
• Incomplete participation
• Perceived lack of results (outcomes are entirely dependent on your personal commitment and integration)

Why this policy exists

This policy is designed to:

• Uphold the energetic and spiritual integrity of the work
• Honor the responsibility of those who are truly ready to commit
• Protect our intellectual property and the time of our coaches
• Ensure fairness across all participants and pricing tiers

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make rare exceptions at our sole discretion. If a refund is granted, it will be treated as a one-time courtesy, not a change in policy or precedent. Exceptions, if granted, may take 5–10 business days to process back to your original payment method.

Cancellation by The Aslah Method

If we cancel a program in full (for example, a group cohort that does not fill, or a masterclass that is permanently postponed), you will be offered either a full refund of your payment or a credit toward a future Aslah Method offering of equal or greater value, at your choice.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy in full.
• You are making a conscious, sovereign investment in your own growth.
• You are fully responsible for your experience, engagement, and transformation within the program.
• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter this agreement.
