Welcome to The Aslah Method. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "Client") and AKDESHA LLC, doing business as Aslah / The Aslah Method ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, offerings, mentorship programs, and communications (collectively, the "Website" and "Services").
By accessing or using the Website or purchasing any of our services — including but not limited to coaching programs, mentorships, digital courses, masterclasses, or downloadable content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
These Terms outline the legal rights and responsibilities surrounding your experience with The Aslah Method. Additional program-specific agreements may apply to particular services and are hereby incorporated by reference.

The Aslah Method messaging program provides subscribers with updates related to mentorship offerings, events, program availability, and faith-aligned reflections. By opting in, you consent to receive periodic SMS messages from AKDESHA LLC.
You can opt in by texting keywords such as "START" or "SUBSCRIBE," or by submitting your phone number through our platform. To opt out, reply "STOP" at any time. You will receive a confirmation message upon unsubscribing. To rejoin, simply opt in again through the original sign-up method.

The Aslah Method offers faith-aligned mentorship, coaching, and educational services for high-functioning Muslims. This includes — but is not limited to — The Aslah Method 12-week group cohort, private 1:1 mentorship, the Discovery & Clarity Session, live masterclasses, digital self-paced courses, free downloadable guides, and accompanying communications. Services are accessed through our website, the Stan store, and authorized partner platforms.
To access our premium programs, calls, or digital resources, you may need to create an account or provide contact details. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information including your name, email, and payment information. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or denial of service.
We reserve the right to refuse current or future services to anyone who violates these Terms.

By enrolling in any mentorship, training, or coaching session, you understand that:
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions (live or recorded) due to unforeseen circumstances or facilitator availability. If a program is canceled in full by us, you will receive a refund or credit. If individual sessions are missed or skipped by you, no refund will be issued unless stated in the individual program terms.
You are responsible for attending scheduled 1:1 or group sessions within the agreed-upon time frame. Unused sessions may expire if not used within the designated program period unless otherwise communicated. Your commitment to showing up and engaging fully is essential to the transformational process.
All content provided by AKDESHA LLC / The Aslah Method — including videos, audios, workbooks, frameworks, methodologies, written materials, and brand assets — is proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or use these materials commercially without our prior written permission.
We uphold confidentiality in all private sessions and group settings. You agree to respect the privacy of others participating in any of our programs. Any form of harassment, harmful behavior, or violation of group agreements may result in immediate removal without refund.
By using our Website or services, you agree to receive essential communications from us via email or SMS. These may include updates, scheduling reminders, event notifications, and relevant offerings. You may unsubscribe from promotional SMS at any time by replying "STOP." Transactional messages may still be sent as necessary.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
